Thank you for shopping with us! We carefully package every order and work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept eligible returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Headwear
- Hats
- Hair bows
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not offer free returns. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or you received a damaged or defective item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send the correct item (if available) or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
